These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern sales concluded between Pickle Edge and its customers on the pickleedge.net online store. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered are those described on the site. Photographs and descriptions are intended to illustrate the items as accurately as possible; slight variations (shades, finishes) may occur.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus applicable taxes calculated at checkout based on your province. Pickle Edge reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with no effect on orders already confirmed.
5. Ordering and Payment
The order is confirmed after payment validation. The accepted payment methods are those offered at the time of checkout. In the event of payment refusal, the order is automatically canceled.
6. Shipping and Delivery

7. Returns and Refunds

8. Warranty
Products are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 30 days following receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
9. Liability
The liability of Pickle Edge is limited to the amount of the order in question. Pickle Edge cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the products.

Information collected during the order process is used solely for order processing and is never sold to third parties.
11. Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the judicial district of the seller's domicile.
